In late November 2022, the Public and Stakeholder Engagement (PSE) team was contacted by Marie Cote, a director working in partnership with the Government of Canada on a series of pan-Canadian mini-documentaries. Called “Together Forever,” the project was looking for five people with rich and inspiring stories related to projects or initiatives they had developed in recent years. Cote had come across the Guardians of the Grasslands film and was interested in knowing more and profiling someone doing this work.
The PSE team decided to coordinate an interview and filming day with the video producers and Ben Campbell, who is featured in the Guardians of the Grasslands. The series has just been launched and it is incredibly rewarding to see a beef producer profiled alongside many diverse and rich stories.
