The Canadian Cattlemen’s Association (CCA) co-hosted a panel discussion titled “Building Resiliency in the Beef Industry” with the Canadian Cattlemen magazine during this year’s virtual Ag in Motion event. Ag in Motion is the largest outdoor farm show in western Canada.
The panel discussion featured Bob Lowe, CCA President, Maryjo Tait, Celtic Farms Inc., Trystan Halpert, Director of Operations, CHOP Steakhouse, and Jarrod Gillig, Business Operations and Supply Chain Leader for Cargill Protein – North America.
