Feedback sought to improve wireless services for rural and remote areas

Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED) would like to invite you to participate in a voluntary usability test to help improve the experience of using their services.

Their services aim to improve wireless connectivity and support the emergence of 5G wireless spectrum that benefits businesses, Indigenous, rural and remote communities, and internet service providers. Prior familiarity with the subject matter is not expected.

By participating in this test, you will play a key role in shaping the future of their services. Your feedback will help to identify areas for improvement, streamline processes, and ensure a seamless experience for all users.

Usability Test (45 min to 1 hr)

Please note: The feedback from the usability test will not influence or change any policy or legislation. Your participation will be anonymized, and the resulting feedback won’t be shared outside of ISED. For further questions, please contact at DECoE-CECE@ised-isde.gc.ca.
