The Canadian Beef Centre of Excellence (CBCE) created four new videos to communicate its capabilities, which are aligned with the CBCE’s four operational pillars:
Canadian Beef Education and Training
Canadian Beef Buyer Missions
CBCE Test Kitchen, and
CBCE Studios.

These short and informative videos communicate the CBCE’s ability to support industry partners and stakeholders with Canadian Beef education initiatives, product knowledge and training and buyer missions.
The videos also communicate opportunities to leverage the CBCE’s test kitchen facility, its Canadian Beef educational and marketing media libraries and content creation capabilities and the Centre’s purpose-built facilities to support partner training and market development initiatives.
The CBCE Studio team created the new capability videos using the Centre’s advanced audio-visual equipment and technical expertise in video production and editing.
Over the past five years, the CBCE has developed an impressive video and digital media library to support Canadian beef trade users and consumers. The CBCE’s studio media creations and recent 3-D modelling work feature prominently throughout the Canadian Beef Information Gateways developed for home cooks, foodservice and retail professionals.
