Friday (McCord hall)
4:00 – doors open, welcome & registration
5:30 – supper (BBQ with all the fixin’s)
7:00 – welcome from PSHM group, introduce Bluesette Campbell, guest speaker
7:15 – Bluesette Campbell
8:00 – Q&A, discussion, visiting. Cash bar open.
11:00 – hall closed
Saturday (tours)
7:30 – coffee’s on!
7:45 – breakfast
8:00 – guest speaker, Avery Shepherd, Consultant @ Imperial Seeds
8:45 – board buses & depart for tours
10:00 – tour with Adrien & Cheryl Lanoie (bale grazing, planned grazing, multi-species foraging)
12:30 – travel time, bagged lunch on the bus
1:45 – tour with Calvin & Marla Gavelin (inter-cropping, cover crops, planned grazing, plot tours)
4:15 – board buses & return to McCord
4:30 – Saskatchewan Association of Watersheds (SAW) speaker, Q&A, discussion
5:30 – supper (lasagna, Caesar salad, garlic toast & dessert)
6:30 – bar opens
7:15 – Keynote speaker, Bluesette Campbell
8:30 – local PSHM group and other speakers join discussion – about the day, or other topics
9:00 – Q&A, open mic, general discussion, visiting
11:00 – hall locked
Sunday
8:30 – coffee’s on!
9:00 – speakers, Q&A, wrap up discussion from the weekend
10:30 – brunch
11:30 – Bluesette Campbell (family/relationships, going forward with HM)
PM – visiting, “last minute” anything, take your leave when you are ready
