ROCK SPRINGS, Pa. — Penn State has been crossbreeding dairy cows and beef bulls for research since 2018.

Tara Felix, Penn State Extension’s beef specialist, spoke about the project during a tour of the Department of Agriculture’s Livestock Evaluation Center on Tuesday.
