Jack Chaffe appeared in front of the AGRI Committee on behalf of CCA regarding AGRI’s study of border carbon adjustments. While BCAs were the focus, most of the questions honed in on non tariff barriers (outside of carbon), other legislation such as Bill C-59, and the carbon tax.
