Keystone Agricultural Producers is offering free online mental health literacy training called “In The Know” throughout the months of January, February, and March 2021.
In this training you will learn about mental health and illness, how to promote wellbeing in your own life, how to recognize when someone is struggling with their mental health, and how to provide assistance.
The training has been developed specifically for farmers and will be delivered by Kim Moffat, a mental health professional with lived farm experience.
