Public and Stakeholder Engagement (PSE), the Canadian Roundtable for Sustainable Beef (CRSB), the Nature Conservancy of Canada (NCC) and Ducks Unlimited Canada (DUC) have partnered together on two episodes of FoodScape, a TV program bringing farmers and ranchers into Canadian living rooms each weekend. Hosted by Rick Campanelli, the first episode will air in early September and highlights the role of beef farmers and ranchers in preserving Canada’s native grasslands. It features cattle producers Cherie Copithorne-Barnes and Kristine Tapley, along with Tom Lynch-Staunton of the NCC.
