CCA discusses opportunities for the Canadian beef sector in the Indo-Pacific at CIIT Committee

On May 9, 2022, the Canadian Cattlemen’s Association (CCA) appeared before the House of Commons Standing Committee on International Trade (CIIT) as a witness for their study, “Trade Opportunities for Canadian Businesses in the Indo-Pacific”. CCA’s Director of Policy and International Relations, Fawn Jackson, and Jack Chaffe, co-chair of CCA’s Foreign Trade Committee outlined the growth opportunities for the Canadian beef sector in this high growth market as well as recommendations on technical support needed to help address and prevent market access issues.
