The Canadian Cattle Association (CCA) has been approved as an eligible organization for admission to this year’s United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP 27), currently with provisional admission. This means that CCA has the opportunity to submit names and attend the COP 27 meetings in Egypt this November.
Gaining admission to COP meetings is an intensely administrative affair, and CCA staff continue to work through the process to determine who will represent CCA in these important conservations. CCA is a leader in climate-related beef production performance, and this is the message we would like to take to COP 27.
