The Canadian Agricultural Human Resource Council (CAHRC) has partnered with the Federal Government's Student Work Placement Program to match post-secondary students with employment opportunities in agriculture.
Growing Opportunities supports work integrated learning opportunities in the ag industry, where agriculture employers can qualify for a wage subsidy of up to $7500 per student and are encouraged to hire students from diverse academic backgrounds to bring innovation and creative solutions to the sector.
