The YCC AGM is an opportunity for young Canadian cattlemen to learn how the Council is working on behalf of young beef producers and discover opportunities to get involved. In addition, the results of the YCC Member at Large election will be announced, as well as the new Council President and Vice President.
During the AGM, young producers will have the chance to join a discussion on drought management resources titled, “Weathering the Challenges of Drought: Industry Resources for Young Producers”. Guest speakers will discuss topics such as drought support programs, resources for sourcing alternative feed, and a producer perspective on drought management. Following the presentations, young producers will have the chance to bring their questions forward.
Members will hear from the following speakers:
Brady Stadnicki, Canadian Cattlemen's Association Manager of Policy and Programs
Stacey Domolewski, Beef Cattle Research Council Research and Innovation Coordinator
