The Canadian Cattle Association (CCA) thanks all those who submitted photos to the 2024 Calendar Contest. There were so many excellent images submitted that not all could be included in this edition!
This bilingual calendar was shared with Parliamentarians to provide a look into beef operations across Canada throughout the seasons, coupled with monthly insights into topics such as animal welfare, the cattle life cycle, and the environmental benefits of Canadian beef production.
This calendar was made possible through Ducks Unlimited Canada (DUC)'s generous sponsorship, which also reinforces the symbiotic relationship between beef cattle production and wetlands. CCA was proud to partner with DUC on this project to showcase how cattle play an important role in protecting the Canadian landscape and conserving native grasslands.
While the inaugural edition of the CCA Calendar was presented to Parliamentarians as part of CCA and DUC's advocacy efforts, some of the images from the calendar can be seen in the gallery below.
